DEPOSIT: We request 1/3 of your total charges as a deposit to secure your vacation. Deposit must be sent within 10 days of your request or forfeiture may result. The balance of your payment is due at the end of your stay. We prefer personal checks, cash, money order, or Travelers Checks but also accept Visa, MasterCard, or Discover . Reservations for a group of 10 or more guests require a 50% nonrefundable deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If cancellation must occur, deposits will be refunded 50% prior to May 1st. After May 1st, deposits are non-refundable. Non-refundable deposits may be applied to a subsequent year’s vacation only. Otherwise, your deposit is sacrificed without any carry over credit. CHECK IN: Check-in Sunday at 4:00 p.m. and check out 10:00 a.m. the following Saturday.
